God desires that we be restored, refreshed, and ultimately to be changed. In this first in a four-part series, we posit that in our world today, there are lots of reasons to feel beat down, discouraged, and drained. In response, we share a list of 10 ways to be refreshed, ranging from taking a walk to listening to music.
