We explore three parables in Luke 15 of The Lost Sheep, the Lost Coin, and the Lost Son. This series of stories which Jesus tells successively portray God as one who is deeply concerned about the lost, willing and anxious that they be returned to Him. The three parables about the lost being found illustrate the kindness, mercy, and grace of God. When those who are lost are found, there is much rejoicing in the household of God.
