The Psalms deeply resonated with Jesus. He quoted them, illustrating their relevance and connecting His teachings to them. Among his last words before he died on the cross was a quote of Psalm 22:1. He even prayed using Psalms.
These connections reveal the Psalms' timeless wisdom and divine orchestration. They underpin Jesus' life, bridging Old Testament prophecies to fulfillment.
For us, the Psalms remain fountains of strength and encouragement. By echoing Christ's use, we can find guidance, faithfulness, and hope. Understanding their role in Jesus' life transforms our approach. Just as He saw Himself in them, we can see Him. In our struggles, praises, and prayers, we're invited into this divine dialogue.
