Job had 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 yoke of oxen, and 500 female donkeys. He had a large family, sizable real estate holdings, a large family, and standing in the community. Job was more than just a wealthy man in Uz. His estate was a testament to his hard work and dedication, but what truly set him apart was his impeccable character.
We identify ten examples of piety and integrity in the Life of Job, based primarily on Job chapters 1, 29, and 31. We include examples, both from the Biblical account and from extra-Biblical sources.
