In Galatians 6:9, Paul counsels us to “not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” If we haven’t gotten to the reaping, if we haven’t got to the reward, if we haven’t experienced the payoff, one of two things is likely the case: either it’s not yet due season/the proper time, or we have lost heart/given up.
