In this last week of 2021, we are sharing our top five episodes from the first 300: these are the episodes that were most downloaded, working backwards from five to one. We continue with an episode first broadcast on December 18, 2020 – an episode called “There is a Message in the Messiness.” It was Part 5 in a 10-part series, “Ten Lessons for Today from the Christmas Story.” The first Christmas wasn’t as tidy (or as sanitized) as it is often portrayed in nativity scenes. Scriptures referenced in this episode include Luke 2:12; Isaiah 53:3, 5; Luke 1:46-48; and Matthew 2:12.
